Well, since there is no longer a video games thread, I thought I'd post my greatest video game accomplishment ever here. I just beat Jordan on expert in Guitar Hero 2 for the playstation 2. If you don't play guitar hero, this probably means nothing to you but if you do know what I'm talking about, you can probably appreciate it. I don't mean to come off cocky or anything like that, but I'm just suuuuper excited right now ;D Here's a video of it if you don't know what I'm talking about. (Not me) Skip ahead to about 2:00 minutes into the video if you don't think it looks that insane. youtube.com/watch?v=58eIoYWecCQ

Dang Worthy...ALL FF games is pretty impressive. I don't have that much patience. I beat FF VII because everybody said how awesome it was and never really got around to beating the rest.
I'm also kinda proud about beating OoT on N64 WITHOUT a strategy guide, and 100% completing Vice City. Both were just very time consuming.

I beat OoT without dieing and completed about 85% of the in one sitting of 14 hours. I made it to the Water Temple the first time around without the guide. the only ones I haven't beat are Zelda 2 and Twilight Princess because I haven't had time to play them.
VII was overrated mainly because it was the first FF to be released that was easy to find. I have III on DS but haven't played it and heard it was way easier than the NES version of it. I have XII but haven't gotten around to it and X-2 isn't worth the time to play and XI is online only and homey don't play like dat.

I beat OoT without dying too, but definitely not almost all of it in one sitting. I lose patience after a few hours.
When you get around to twilight princess, tell me what you think. I beat it on Wii already and thought it was awesome, but it reminded me of Majora's Mask and alot of people didn't like that. I did though. Using the new controls with the remote and nunchuk was a lot of fun imo.

Yeah I tried to beat OoT in one sitting, but it's just too long and too big of a game. My goal spring break was to beat as many zelda games from friday to tuesday. I spent friday on Zelda 1, Sat on LTTP, Sunday, monday, tuesday on OoT and the rest of the week on and off on the minish cap when i was visiting my girlfriend at her college. I hated majora's mask with a passion

dude mike my friend is ranked number 4 in the world on jordan. he is freakin amazing. he went all the way to flordia for a gh2 tournament and his next one is in like kentucky or something. first place is like a gibson guitar, pearl drum set, and he gets to pick 3 of the songs for gh3. he is like god at guitar hero. but still thats amazing i couldnt pass that song if my life depended on it.

That's tight Garrett. I love GH but in no way do I think I'm the best. I've seen some INSANE videos of people playing it....but you gotta admit, just beating it is pretty insane.
I'm guessing the winner gets to pick 3 songs out of the ones that they list...because AC/DC wouldn't allow Red Octane rights to any of their songs. In a statement when asked about it they said they didn't want little kids thinking they could play songs that took forever to write and record.
